About me
Nicolas was born in Toulouse (France) and completed his higher education in Marseille between 2019 and 2024, at Aix Marseille University. He is completing his diploma by undertaking a six-month internship within the Marine Aquatic Ecology Group (GAME) at the Blanes Advanced Studies Centre (CEAB). His final study phase involves working on one of the Blue Carbon Ecosystems (BCE). Specifically, he is working with marsh samples in Argentina, aiming to assess the effects of nitrogen on the capacity of these marshes to sequester carbon, taking into account the isotope imbalances in the N:P ratio, as well as investigating whether glomalin production provides information about the carbon sequestration capacity.
