Paulina (Bucalemu, Chile, 1992), is Laboratory technician at the CEAB – GAME-CSIC. His university education focused on international trade. In 2022, he made a significant change in his academic and professional career by enrolling at the University of Barcelona to pursue a Master's degree in Ecology. During his master's studies, he made contact with Dr Oscar Serrano, who later supervised his master's thesis entitled "Role of Glomalin-related soil protein in seagrass Blue Carbon and as a proxy to reconstruct millenary environmental change in the coastal ecosystem".
